"Culture Trend 2025" (Sea of Ego, 2024.10), co-authored by Professor Park Young-eun of the Incheon National University (President Park Jong-tae) College of Commerce&Public Affairs (Department of International Trade and Graduate Tourism Convention and Entertainment), has been published.
"Culture Trend 2025" is a book created by nine experts from various fields, including Park Young-eun, a global Hallyu expert and an expert in entertainment management, content, Hallyu, art investment, consulting, theater, and digital, and predicts the direction of change in Korea in 2025. The book will provide deep insight into various phenomena that are taking place in a wide range of cultural areas, raise the level of thinking about society, increase the level of empathy for consumers, and increase the concentration of philosophy about life.
"Economic luxury," or "Econo-Lux Econo-Lux," which was noted as a key keyword for the 2024 cultural consumption trend, was named and written by Professor Park Young-eun, accurately predicting the rise of economo-luxe cultural consumers, a two-faced persona that is frugal and popular yet luxurious, luxurious, and has both regional and global appearances. Professor Park Young-eun of the Incheon National University (President Park Jong-tae) College of Commerce&Public Affairs (Department of International Trade and Graduate Tourism Convention and Entertainment) is a professor of business at Al-Yamama University and Prince Sultan University in Saudi Arabia and is a Middle East expert and expert in global Korean Wave and entertainment management. He is an expert evaluation committee member of the Korea Creative Content Agency, director of the Korea Stakeholder Management Association, chairman of the Korean Wave Subcommittee of the Korean Society of Product Studies, director of the Korean Logistics Association, evaluation committee member of the Overseas Korean Administration, evaluation committee member of the Incheon Institute for K-Contents, and member of the evaluation and advisory committee on K-Contents.
