코리아타임즈가 한국어의 세계화를 목표로 제3회 외국인 한국어 말하기 대회를 개최합니다.
외국인 및 한국어를 모국어로 하지 않는 재외동포 누구나 참여 가능한 대회입니다.
수상시 상금과 인턴십 기회도 주어지고 있으며 수상하지 못하더라도 참가 확인서가 발급되오니 많은 관심 부탁드립니다!

1. 행사 개요 행사명: 2026 외국인 한국어 말하기 대회
2. 모집 안내 응모대상 : 외국인(여권 기준), 한국어를 모국어로 하지 않는 재외동포 모집기간 : 2026. 2. 26. (목) ~5.7. (목) 3. 신청 안내 1단계: 참가 부문 선택하기 A. 말하기 주제: 자유 주제 또는 제시 주제 중 하나 선택 (제시 주제는 QR코드를 통해 확인 가능 / 첨부된 포스터 참) 분야: 롱폼 (2분 - 3분 30초) 또는 숏폼 (1분 이하) 중 택 1 B. 발음 제시된 한국어 문장을 1분 내로 읽는 영상 제작 (발음 챌린지 문구는 QR코드를 통해 확인 가능 / 첨부된 포스터 참고) 2단계: 영상 업로드하기 YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Bilibili 중 1곳에 영상을 전체 공개 업로드 (영상 제목 또는 설명란에 해시태그 필수 추가 : #thekoreatimes #koreanspeakingagent) 3단계: 지원서 제출하기 QR코드를 통해 접수 페이지에서 지원서 제출 4. 시상 내역 문화체육관광부장관상 (1명) : 250만 원 고려사이버대학교 총장상 (1명) : 100만 원 최우수상 (2명) : 100만 원 우수상 (5명) : 50만 원 장려상 (3명) : 40만 원 크리에이티브상 (특별상 / 4명) : 40만 원 발음 챌린지상 (특별상 / 4명) : 30만 원 수상자 발표: 2026년 5월 26일 시상식: 2026년 6월 4일 (예정) 수상자 확인 방법: 코리아타임스 지면 및 홈페이지, *유튜브 Korean Speaking Agent*

Recruiting students in the 2026 Korean Language Speaking contest
The KoreaTimes will hold its third Korean Language Speaking Contest with the aim of globalizing the Korean language.
It is open to foreigners and Overseas Koreans who are not native Korean Speakers.
Prize money and intership opportunities will be given when winning the prize, and even if you don't win the prize, a certificate of participation will be issued, so please pay a lot of attention!

2. Recruitment Guide Eligibility : Foreign nationals, Overseas Koreans who are not native Korean speakers Application Period : Feb. 26. 2026 (Thu) ~ May. 7. 2026 (Thu) 3. Application information Step 1. Choose a competition category A. Speaking Choose one between a free topic or a designated topic (Designated topics can be accessed by scanning the QR code / please refer the attached poster) Choose one format: Long-form (2 minutes to 3 minutes, 30 seconds) or Short-form (under 1 minute) B. Pronunciation Record a video of yourself reading the provided Korean text within 1 minute (Pronunciation Challenge text can be accessed by scanning the QR code / please refer the attached poster) Step 2. Upload your video Upload a public post on one platform : YouTube / TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / Bilibili (Required hashtags must be included in the video title or description: #thekoreatimes #koreanspeakingagent) Step 3. Submit the application form Complete and submit the application form via the QR code provided 4. Prizes Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award (1) : 2.5 million won President's Award of The Korea Cyber University (1) : 1 million won Grand Prize (2) : 1 million won Excellence Award (5) : 500,000 won Honorable Mention (3) : 400,000 won Creative Award (4) : 400,000 won Pronunciation Challenge Award (4) : 300,000 won Announcement of Winners : May 26 Award Ceremony : June 4 (Tentative) Publication of winners : Winner will be announced in The Korea Times (print & online) and on the Korean Speaking Agent YouTube channel.
