San Diego State University(USA), Malvoun House(UK), TTII Study Abroad and Cultural Experience (Specialization Project)
Participated in the College of Excellence the Educational Capacity Building Project. -

Language training and cultural experiences at EF San Diego, USA, and Churchill House, UK (Specialization projects)
Participated in the 1st Incheon English Festival. -
2006.
Admission units are divided into departments.
The 1st English Language Presentation Competition was held.
Exchange students were sent to California State University, East Bay, USA (Specialization Project)
Ranked as the best department by the Korean Council for University Education. -
2005.
Participated in the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development‘s College of Humanities Specialization Project.
8 students were sent to study abroad in the U.S. through departmental competitions. -
2003.
An international exchange related to an on-campus English language competition was started.
English camp was held. -
2002.
The admission unit changed to the Division of Humanities along with the Dept. of Korean Language & Literature, the Dept. of Chinese Language & Literature, and the Dept. of Japanese Language & Literature.

The first Sepyeong Life Original Language Play, Riders to the Sea, began.
Departmental clubs such as Arirang, Sepyeong Life, Shakesperience, etc started. -

The Dept. of English Language Education was installed in the Graduate School of Education.
English teachers were retrained, and second-level certified English teachers were produced.
