Incheon National University holds a UNI- Birthday event for the 2025 school year!!

Incheon National University (President Park Jong-tae) announced that it held a three-day Uni-BirthDay event from Feb. 12 to 14 to provide various student support systems and information so that new students in 2025 can adapt to the new university environment and have a stable university life, and to strengthen their sense of belonging and pride by conducting special lectures on seniors and pre-college programs by college.
At this event, student-related departments, including the CareerDevelopment Office, Campus Life Support Team, Institute for Education Innovation, Office of International Affairs, the Promotion Team, and Consumer Life Cooperative, collaborated together to guide new students' must-know subject and non-curricular programs and provide a wealth of useful university information to new students through participation events.
At the event, a performance by the cheering squad, senior lectures by CEO of Keuk Kim Byung-joon and actor Song Ha-bin, college life guidance, drug prevention, smoking cessation and abstinence education, and human rights education were conducted. Lunch and freshman welcome kits were provided as components selected by students. In the following afternoon, various programs such as major guidance, conversation with professors, senior mentoring, and campus tours were prepared through college and department and undergraduate preparatory college events.
Han Kwang-deok (Safety Engineering Department), the president of the student council who participated in the event, said, "Thank you for preparing a rich event to help new students quickly adapt to school and making it a meaningful event by actively reflecting students' opinions from the planning stage of the event."
Park Yong-ho, head of Incheon National University's Office of Student Welfare and Employment, said, "As the first official student event in 2025, we tried to support a safe and meaningful college life by strengthening our pride and belonging to the new students, and we would like to express our gratitude to the student government for its various opinions and active cooperation throughout the event."
